Spice up your physical health by doing something you normally would not do; such as, learning a martial art, dance lessons, or hiking.  You may want to choose physical activities that will revitalize and excite you.  However, keep your physical routine simple which you are getting exercise on a daily basis.  Do not stress yourself by planning a physical activity which would complicate your day, instead of complementing it.
 
Practice healthy self-care habits daily to help you in maintaining your health, so you can focus your time and energy on what is most important to you. Also, good physical health helps you in preventing and fighting illnesses.  It may be challenging at first to establish good eating and physical care habits, but once you have accomplished it stay motivated to maintain it.

Stay positive about your body image and learn to love the way you were wonderfully made.  We all have something about our bodies we do not like and cannot change.  Do not let society determine for you how you should look.  Mainly follow your doctor’s advice on what your weight should be for staying healthy based on your body structure and height.  Learn to work with what you have creatively so that you are fulfilled.

Follow your heart and boost your spirit by doing activities which makes you feel enthusiastic just thinking about it and renews your body.  What excites you will move you.  Change your routine.  For instance, instead of watching television one night read something that makes you feel good internally which brings you hope and confidence.  You can have a meaningful heartfelt conversation with your significant other, family, or friend on a particular subject which raises your spirits and brightens your view about it. 

Improve your awareness for taking care of your health and happiness by questioning the decisions you make and how each will impact the well-being of your mind, body, and spirit.  Depending on how you feel deep down inside will help you to determine whether or not your decision is allowing you to practice self-care.  Make note of the question or questions and put it somewhere which you can see it every day, until it is embedded in your mind.  Eventually, it will become habit which you are asking yourself these questions to help you in ensuring you are practicing self-care daily.
