Who Am I
I am an ICF-credentialed Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with over 20 years of corporate experience and more than a decade of coaching leaders and professionals through complexity, uncertainty, personal transformation, and meaningful change.
Since 2013, I have partnered with executives, leaders, and organizations navigating pivotal career transitions, organizational transformation, and high-stakes decisions. My work connects purpose, resilience, and performance, helping people gain clarity, strengthen self-awareness, and make intentional choices, especially during periods of disruption or rapid change.
At my core, I am an optimist who believes that people and organizations thrive when they are grounded in purpose and supported through change. I listen deeply and intentionally to understand what matters most to you. Together, we uncover what is holding you back, clarify priorities, and co-create strategies that lead to confident action, sustainable progress, and meaningful results.
As a Certified Resilience Practitioner, I help clients build the inner capacity required to move forward positively during adversity, major transitions, and uncertainty. We explore perspectives, thought patterns, emotions, and behaviors to increase resilience, reduce stress, restore energy, and strengthen confidence. This work goes beyond coping, it empowers you to move forward with clarity, stability, and intention.
In addition to my coaching background, I am a Google Cloud Certified Generative AI Leader, working at the intersection of enterprise AI strategy and human adoption. I help forward thinking organizations move from AI curiosity to AI enabled ways of working by aligning Generative AI initiatives with business strategy, leadership readiness, and cultural change. My focus is not just on technology, but on outcomes, ensuring AI investments translate into adoption, trust, and measurable value.
I support leaders as they navigate the human implications of AI driven transformation, including change fatigue, resistance, and shifting roles. Through human-in-the-loop coaching, I help leaders to work with their teams to develop the mindset, skills, and resilience required to lead confidently alongside AI, so technology becomes a collaborator rather than a disruption.
My coaching is a forward focused, action-oriented partnership. I am not a therapist, counselor, mentor, or psychologist; my role is to work with you to clarify aspirations, strengthen resilience, and create practical strategies for achieving personal and professional goals in an evolving world.
I became an entrepreneur because I wanted to do work that was both meaningful and impactful. When I discovered coaching, I knew I had found a profession that aligned with who I am and what I value, supporting people in creating change, fulfilling their potential, and shaping a better future.
That calling led to the creation of Changing Your Life Coaching a practice grounded in purpose, resilience, and the belief that meaningful transformation is always possible.
