Who Am I
I have been coaching since 2013 and have 20 plus years of corporate experience. As an (ICF) credentialed Certified Professional Coach, I work with professionals to help them gain clarity on how to create purpose and meaning in their personal and professional lives and build resilience while navigating uncertainty.
I am an optimist at heart who is passionate about helping people to be hopeful about their future. I strongly believe everyone has a purpose in life. While coaching people I carefully listen to them, because I honestly and genuinely want to support them in gaining clarity and discovering purpose in their life, so that they are able to create strategies, define and set goals, find solutions to overcome challenges, and take action for achieving their goals for a better future.
As a Certified Resilience Practitioner, I work with you to explore and discover how you can become more resilient for moving forward positively during adversity or major difficult changes in your life. We will explore your situation, your perspectives, your thoughts and emotions, plus more and work together in helping you to gain clarity about yourself, life, circumstance, and build resilience, so you feel more energized, less stressed, and empowered to determine the best approach for you to move forward in dealing with and overcoming the adversity with confidence and clarity.
I offer programs designed to increase your resiliency, empower, support, and motivate you in achieving the results you want for living a vibrant and rewarding life.
I am not a counselor, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist. I work with you in realizing your personal and professional goals for changing your life, by coaching you to achieve your life aspirations and becoming more resilient in dealing with and overcoming adversity and major difficult changes.
I became an entrepreneur, because I wanted to take control of my own destiny and earn a living by doing something I really enjoyed. I knew I wanted to do something to help people. I had other business ventures, before becoming a coach. When I was introduced to coaching, I knew right away it was the profession I wanted to pursue. I was excited to finally find a profession that was fulfilling and rewarding to me! Because, I would be able to help people make a difference in their lives by supporting them in achieving their life aspirations and fulfilling their dreams. This is how my coaching service called, Changing Your Life Coaching was born.
