Every day, I make it a point to express my gratitude to others.
I feel deeply thankful for everyone in my life. By taking the time to acknowledge this gratitude, I remind myself that 'everyone' encompasses more than just my family and friends. It includes every person I encounter along my journey.
Each individual is a blessing and every encounter is an opportunity for growth. Therefore, it is important to show appreciation.
I can express gratitude by simply saying "thank you" when someone shows me kindness or compassion. I can also demonstrate my gratitude by offering help to others.
Showing gratitude opens my heart.
We are all interconnected and I am thankful for the shared humanity that binds us. When I support myself, I support us all. Similarly, when others uplift themselves, they are uplifting me and because of this, I am grateful.
To everyone I meet, regardless of our interaction, I silently say, “thank you for who you are and for your purpose in this life.”
Today, I confirm my gratitude towards others by making eye contact and sincerely offering thanks. The heartfelt gratitude in my words brings joy into their lives.
