Always provide constructive feedback to help them be successful.

conversation, listen and recap
what they said to show them that you understood their problem, concern or question.  This helps to motivate them in becoming more involved and more likely to cooperate with others.

Approach them, be approachable and encourage them to have a discussion with you.  Sometimes it is more
convenient to send an email or text.  However, you can establish a better rapport by speaking with your team more often.

When speaking to team members about a positive or negative
matter make sure you are genuine, truthful, specific and clear

information from someone hurts not only them, but the team and organization.

Treat each other with respect and consideration.  Work together as a cohesive team and help each other.  Keep in mind you are all working together towards a
common goal.

Participate in team activities and outings which are not mandatory, even if you would rather not. Deal with your inner feelings in order to be supportive of the team.  It will show you are a team player and it allows you to learn more about each other.
